IMO, the one with Skull's actor is a stretch.

Some of this stuff I just don't see what the writer is going for.

Amy Jo has done pretty well since her days as Kimberly so there's no curse there.

I don't see it there with Austin either sure he fell into some bad luck after leaving the show but that was of his own doing.

David I don't really see as being a curse either it was just a bad situation that he was in that he finally had enough of.

I do see Thuy as a possible curse since she passed on.

I don't see Walter's situation as bad luck.

I don't see anything with JDF as being bad luck.

now in the case of Bob Manahan I would consider his death as bad luck.

I don't see anything with Paul or Jason that would be bad luck.
