The Amazon Quartet as anime Sailors

In the manga, the four female followers of Queen Nehelania eventually became Sailor Scouts. While time probably seemed like the biggest reason against it, would you have liked them to become Sailor Scouts in the anime as well?

I thought they were misunderstood villains, but I never saw them exhibit the kind of honor that made them worthy of getting good guy powers. So, the four little ladies getting the screen time they got was more than enough for me.

They are not scouts, they are Senshi, warriors or soldiers.

Stop embracing the dub and get with the real Sailor Moon.

To address the issues of the Amazon Quartet. Unless they had as much development as the Inner Senshi, I couldn't care less about them same goes for the Outer Senshi as well.
