Why did Venjix want Hybrids?
I can understand why he wanted hybrids to infiltrate Corinth. But what was the point of using hybrids once the conquered Corinth? It didn't make sense for a machine trying to end humanity to want to have have hybrids.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
Because having human hybrids would mean he could control them and they could help him out with things that he couldn't do since he was just a computer virux and while he was smart enough to download himself into various bodies and to wipe out most of humanity there are ways to create an anti virus program to wipe him out and him having human hybrids was a way to try and prevent that.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
But Venjix eradicated most of the worlds population. If he eliminated humanity he wouldn't need hybrids to prevent somone from making an anti virus.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
Venjix would have done away with the human hybrids once he didn't need them anymore.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
Venjix claimed to hate humanity. But deep down I think he was jealous of them. He wanted to be human but was scared of them. The hybrids was a way of him getting his wish but under his terms.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
One thing that was wierd was how Corinth could detect Dillion's Venjix tech but not those of the other hybrids.

Good catch. Also posible the finished hybrids had some sort of cloaking technique. Dillion just didn't have his installed before he escaped.

Re: Why did Veninx want Hybrids?
It was just a cop out to get out of the real ending that Eddie planned. A lame attempt to pander to "Ranger Black "

Re: Why did Venjix want Hybrids?
He wanted them to use for his own means. Venjix viewed them as machines like any other attack bot. As long as they were programmed like machines, that was good enough for Venjix.

Re: Why did Venjix want Hybrids?
Think of the Hybrids like Terminators. In the first Terminator movie, Skynet's 600 series had rubber skin, so easy to spot the fakes. Venjix may have tried something similar before the world was taken over, but people saw through it. Enter the T800 series; infiltratiors given blood and flesh, but metal underneath, able to blend in with others unless detected by dogs; this is similar to Venjix using Hybrids; perfect infiltration.
