they did have one they just didn't want to use her for whatever reason and by the time they decided to bring her back they had hired Sabrina for the role but she only did the 1 ep and was too busy to do more they did have plans for Scorpina but the movie's production issues scrapped them.

nope since they had to make a new one for Sabrina Lu the one they would've received would've been either the hero one that Ami wore or the stunt one.

I thought it was wierd how she disappeared for no reason twice. They didn't even have the Rangers defeat her in her season 2 appearance. But I guess behind the scenes reasons explain all this.

I would have liked to have seen them use the season 2 suit more than one time.

I think she was overrated. And was an odd fit in season 1 . Since they never explained who she was and why she wasn't trapped with Rita like the others.
