No Wiseman was most likely a fragment of Chaos like in the Manga. Or at least his own character. He has nothing to do with Dark Kingdom.

I always thought it wierd since Death Phantom was originally human in the manga.Hoe could he be an incarnation of Chaos?

Nemesis could have been created from Chaos. And once Phantom became one with the planet, so was he an incarnation of Chaos.

This would make a lot of sense. It was strange how Jedite was frozen and never seen again. Wouldn't Beryl have revived him once the other generals died?
