Why wasn't Ryan arrested?
 

He basically terrorized Mariner Bay and colluded with the demons. Plus he took Lightspeed property to do all that. I knoe Mitchell wouldn't arrest hisnson. But you would think Generalization. l Macnight or someone else in Lightspeed would have?

I think Diaboloico left him somewhere on Earth but was able to interact with him to manipulate his hatred for Mitchell. He was also able to keep him hidden from Lightspeed.

As for why he wasn't arrested? The Captain probably never told his superiors who the rouge Titanium was and acted like he gave Ryan the morpher after it was recovered.

Karone was never arrested for what she did as Astronema
General McKnight wasn’t arrested for his cyborgs malfunctioning and being responsible for destruction of property

Eric wasn’t arrested for attacking others
Jack and Z were arrested but Cruger waived their time if they became Rangers
Piggy never got arrested despite the crimes he committed
Leanbow wasn’t arrested for what he did as Koragg
Tenaya wasn’t arrested despite the crimes she did
Dillon was arrested but his time was waived if he became a Ranger


No that would be you considering how much you like to attack people

It is amazing how many characters never get arrested for there crimes.

In SPD's case it made sense. They cut a deal to get pardoned if they joined B Squad. There crimes were only stealing whereas Ryan's would have been much more severe. And to top it off Ryan was originally allowed to leave on his own. He decided to join the team right after he was allowed to leave.

They really should have had Ryan only target the Rangers and not Mariner Bay. It would have been more believable. Ryan came off like a good guy besides wanting revenge. He doesn't strike me as someone who would have helped the demons do bad things.

Which is funny since he was raised by Dialobolico and should have not been so well adjusted to human life. Yet he was...
