Re-Watching the Sailor Moon 90's anime
 

Well I've started to watch the Sailor Moon 90's re-dub. And I'll just be making some comments along the way.

First of all I think the dub is pretty good. The actress (I forgot her name) does a fantastic job as Sailor Moon, her acting actually makes me appreciate 90's Usagi.

The other characters are done well except Shingo. Why oh Why did he give him that voice. How much has that boy been smoking? You know who he sounds like, Gary Mother******* Oak. He does.

I'm on episode 4 now, but I just have to say for now, as I much as I love this series. The new reboot seems to have better writing.

The 90's series raises so many questions, especially episode 4. Not to mention Usagi is so reluctant to save people, it almost makes her unlikeable.

EDIT: I'm watching episode 5, and I've changed my mind, Shingo doesn't sound like Gary mother******* Oak. He sounds like Coconuts from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. Take a listen, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPJ2s5EjBrI


New Edit: Tiara stardust how convenient. :| Would have been helpful some episodes ago, thanks Luna. Also I bet this moment kicked the writers in the teeth, when the Manga showed that the Moon Wand does the healing.

Also isn't this the only time we see this ability? This can only mean that the writer of this episode wrote themselves into a corner and resorted to this. Who needs to think in a magical girls series, when you can just use magic to solve all problems?

Aim for the monster's weakspot? This episode is just so full of conveniences. Who wrote this episode?
