Power Rangers Story Archs.
 

How does power rangers write their story archs ? I've always be interested about how they come up with most of their archs.

The Story Arcs are usually based upon Sentai story arcs as the footage requires. Original arcs are made up as they write out the season, if they plan for an overarcing story usually it's written into the series overview/bible before the show begins and is fleshed out along the way just like any other show comes up with story arcs.

Sometimes they adapt as the series goes on, especially with the two year seasons, it gives them time to react to the audience for the second part.

In the old days they were forced to change a lot on the fly because they were in production while the Sentai was still airing. Now that they are using Sentais after the fact this problem doesn't exisit.
