They. already gave him a long lost Brother. Its more likely Andros would still replace Justin. And Karone would still be his sister.

It would have been interesting to see Tommy as a Blue Ranger taking orders from Andros.

It wouldn't have been tottally different. Since they still would have been a fish out of water like the second Turbos were. Which makes it easier for Tommy to submit to Andros' authority. A lot of the indiviual character moments would have been different.

I doubt it. They probably wouldn't have thought to do the episode with Adam still around. It also would have been silly for Zack to mentor Adam. Since Adam would have been a Ranger longer then him.
