I have different answers for this.
1. Like previously I don't have a favorite one I have multiple.
"Click, Click, Zoom" since it was Taylor focused.
"Forever Red" and "Reinforcements" because they were teamups but to add to "Reinforcements" I thought the added touch of story they gave us was nice you know with Ransik freeing the Orgs and that's how his Sword came out of his body on top of which there was the bonus of Jen forgiving him.
"Secrets and Lies" because of the Dukes' discovery of their Master being a human.
The ep we first saw Nayzor and Zen-Aku in.
The ep we first heard the truth about Zen-Aku's past.
"Wings of Animaria" because of the Super Nayzor battle and the Battlizer battle.
"Master's Last Stand" because of Mandilok's arrival.
Master's Last Herald because of the Master's return.

2. Fave Megazords would have to be Animus because it's the Lord of their zords and is supposed to be the most powerful plus I like his Arrow attack and the Predazord mostly because of just how it looks.
3. This answer remains the same it would still be Taylor since she's pretty hot.
4. Let's see what would I change? I would definitely change how they did the Master Org in flashbacks so he would have more of a monster form rather than a human form and I would've had Retinax return sooner another thing I would change is the Master Org's defeat since only regular zords defeated him but Megazords should've took him out.
5. I thought it was a good season.
