It seems likely that option 2 is going to happen. Unless someone steps in and makes me a good offer for Kamen Rider Central. But its no big deal. Since I'm not going to do anything to the Kamen Rider stuff. The forum will be the same. Except with some more posts and hopefully more active. I'm sure most of you are PR fans as well. Even if I do sell KRC, you'd all be welcomed at PRO Board.
I already started to make some new skins. One of them is actually nearly identical to the pro classic skin at PRO Yuku ( called Power Rangers Online here). I created a few other new skins as well. But you still have the old ones if you don't like the new ones.
