Was Rita abducted like Karone?

Since Rita was purified and later became Mystic Mother, it leads me to believe she was abducted by evil as a child. She was probably the daughter of the last Mystic Mother. UAE members took her and Vile raised her as his own. It would explain the lack of family resemblence Rita had to Vile and Rito.

I don't think so. Rita and the others were purified to nuetralize them as threats. Rita becoming Mystic Mother makes no sense and is a product of fan service gone wrong. Kalish took all our complaints but didn't know PR well enough to deal with them the right way. Which is why the whole MF finale was a bad copy of C2D.

I would have liked it better if Rita was in MF for the whole season. Mystic Mother was shoehorned into the finale. Master Vile does look like an underworld villain from Mystic Force.

Rita being the Mystic Mother wasn't Bruce's idea so you can't blame him for that he didn't know the series well enough so he was relying on Jackie and Koichi for that plus while he wrote Mystic Fate Part 2 it was actually Jackie that wrote Mystic Fate Part 1 so you might need to know the facts before you assign blame.

The writers staff all gets together to discuss everything no matter who writes. And if Jackie was the one that came up with all that it was a rare misstep. Koichi was more of a production guy not much for story. However, Kalish did write the second part. Which is where most of the problems with the episode were located.

It would have been cool if Rita was the main bad guy. Would have made the season so much better. I was glad to see Rita though.
