So many things happened in RPM by chance. I think somehow their paths just crossed and Doctor K realized they were her Rangers. Obviously they were never face to face since she was only talking to them as a voice in the beginning.

Its too bad that we never got an episode explaining this. It would have been cool to see how the three became Rangers. And how they met Doctor K. Considering how she was just a voice on a computer screen for them in the beginning.

That's a good question with how Summer, Scott and Flynn became Rangers and that was one thing that they needed to explain but for some reason didn't even bother with it.

I would assume Dr. K saw something in all 3 of them that would allow them to handle her Ranger Series suits but they probably still wanted to go through some tests to make sure they could handle the powers... probably the tests likely weren't as rigorous as Dillon's were due to the Ranger Black powers being a different case.
