Honestly I don't think I cared too much about the silver on the Green Ranger helmet then again that was 10 years ago, and I'm not the one who has to wear it.

I actually did care since it'd be nice to actually have it be accurate for once to the Sentai footage instead of something being wrong with it whether it's the Shield, the holster or whatever.

Indeed.

This may sound weird but I thought about them using footage from the Gokaiger vs Goseiger movie, and having it where Vrak starts out as Buredo-RAN of the Cyborg then he becomes Brajira of the Black Cross, and then he finally becomes Brajeria of the Messiah.

And explain it as him using "Warstarian Deroboticization technology" or something to not only turn back into his true form.

why not start out with Cyborg then Black Cross then Netherworld and then Messiah?

Octoroo is still alive in the Netherworld despite the fact Xandred's boat sunk back down.
