There wasn't enough time. Most people cared more abour Green and White. Zeo still needed to be added. Three former Ranger forms were a nice round number. I just wish they used the opertunity to explained how Tommy lost the Zeo Powers after FR.

The whole episode was confusing to me? How could Tommy fight his past forms in the dream world. And what did they have to do with the Brachio Powers. Also the whole stuck morphed storyline was boring.
