Master Org

I was wondering what everyone else thought of the strangeness with Master Org.
Toxica could tell there was something off with him and Retinax knew he wasn't the real Master Org yet how come no one else could tell? Nayzor had no clue even though it's likely they fought together back in the day.

Also why was it such a big deal considering we saw the Master Org in an earlier flashback, as shown in "Click, Click, Zoom" actually appeared to be the same as the current Master Org so how could Toxica even sense something was off about him considering she commented on his appearance despite the fact it was the same appearance? Also how could Retinax even tell?
