No way that fan film is canon. I don't hate it and respect the work the put into it....But I think it isn't really Power Rangers. Certainly not worthy of being canon. Even if any fan film could.

Relax guys, I was just kidding about Rocky joining the Machine Empire. I know a fan film can't be canon without being endorsed by the people on the show. Even if I did like it for what it was. But no I don't think Rocky actually joined the machine empire in the PRU.

Turbo Powers are most likely. Its the only thing that makes sense. The Rangers probably just put the finishing touches on them in the movie.

Billy was working on a way to defeat the machine empire. The prespective weapon either never worked or was finished on aquitar.
