What would the world have been like if Venjix Won?

It seems like Venjix would have turned all surviving humans into Hybrids. Its uncertain if he would have left the Earth a Wasteland or rebuilt it as some kind of machine planet. But he could have done that while he was fighting Corinth and didn't. The world would have been a pretty cold and dark place. Perhaps Venjix, would have spread out into Space and attacked other Organic life.

If Venjix had won humanity & all organic life on Earth would cease to exist.

Sure he may have turned the vast majority of Corinth into his zombie cyborg slaves but would he take care of them? Hell no. They are organic he hates organic thus he would use and discard them.

Yeah, the Hybrids would have probably been slowly turned into full robots. Since they would have just replaced the organic parts with robotic ones.

Why would he replace the organic with the technological after he won when he could just build pure robots from the get go?

Good point. He may have just destoryed the Hybrids as obselete attack bots. I think he would have kept Tenaya 15 around.
